How everything will work in Haricare?
- We work from morning 8:30 am to evening 5.30 pm (IST).
- Depending on assignment, our accountant will process the job.
- Completed job by an accountant will be reviewed thoroughly by our reviewer.
- Queries, confirmations if any will be sent to you.
- Once we receive replies from you, our accountant will finalise the job, depending on priority.

Once job is completed and final review has been done, job will be sent to you. Generally we will send following documents.
- Complete Financial Reports
- Tax Returns
- Working papers
- Software backup copy
- In addition to this on case to case basis we provide additional reports.
- Our Accountant will be in touch with you on day today basis via Skype network.
- We will have monthly triangle meeting [Accountant, Accounts Manager and you (Client)].
- In case you provide access to your server, job will be finalised in the server itself. In that case you will have complete control over the jobs in progress.
- If server access is unavailable, we will process the job as per documents provided by you on our local machine.
- We have a standard system for continuously updating you about job progress, time spent, turnaround time etc.
Nature of assignment
Followings are the different pricing options at your choice:
Dedicated Staff (Monthly Base)
Our employee will be assigned to you on full time/Part time basis. In that case he will be in regular touch with you. He will be working as if he is an employee of your company. Only difference is he is sitting in India. Fee will be charged on monthly basis at agreed rate. Read More..
Casual Staff (Hourly Base)
We will process the assignment on job to job basis. In this case, once we receive the job, we will send you the budgeted hours and once you approve the budget we will start working on that job. And finally fee will be charged on budgeted hourly basis at agreed price.
Flat Rate
Same nature of work can be assigned on flat rate. Instead of calculating different price for each job, we offer flat rate for all jobs. Each nature of work like book-keeping, financials, tax return, payroll will be having different flat pricing. .
