Security mechanism in our organization.


  • 1) Haricare will sign for a contract with you and we declare all your client’s information will not be disclosed to anybody for any reason.
  • 2) All employees sign confidentiality agreements.
  • 3) No records are taken from Haricare premises.
  • 4) Accountants are restricted to work for Haricare only.
  • 5) On completion of the assignment, all records are destroyed.
  • 6) Client confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • 7) Only authorized personnel are allowed on the premises.
  • 8) Haricare maintains industry standard virus protection on all software.
  • 9) All systems are protected against use of external devices like pen drive, CD/DVD etc.
  • 10) Your client information is most secured with our employees than employees where you employ in your country itself. There would be the possibility that your resident employee may use your client information for his/her own sake, but this is not the case with Indian resident employee.
